Runningwater Fly Rods developed the concept of two rods in one. Beginners start their fly fishing experience with a shorter rod that imparts the proper rod load for fishing narrow streams and tight areas. Additional sections are then added for more casting range and improved line control. The rod maintains its superior action and energetic feel as sections are added for a longer version of the same rod.
